Beginning October 31, 2020, we began adding seven weeks of benefits to existing PUA claims for a total of up to 46 weeks of benefits. From the 46 weeks, we deduct any weeks paid on a regular UI claim or FED-ED extension. This calculation is the same for existing PUA claims and for new claims filed on or after October 31, 2020.
